Introduction

Center for Management Development CMD  is a non-governmental ,private  independent  organization which  was  established in 1977 under the Egyptian Commercial Law no 159 / 1981  ( commercial registration no 147844 )  prompted by the necessity and the responsibility of management development stressing on supporting comprehensive and sustainable human rescores development in all economy sectors .

The CMD, within this contexts , designs standardized and customized training programs, targeting over 500 national and international trainees per year through the

CMD  Role & Objectives

                    CMD Training Programs

The CMD courses and programs are classified into three general categories listed : Managerial  , Financial and Technical with their sub- categories that include; Short term  courses and Long term ones

CMD Administration Policy

The CMD uses a number of types of training and development programs , under its administration policy which can be summarized as follows :-

-         Training Programs are designed to be delivered in Arabic and English languages to copy with training requirements  according to trainees'  desires  .

-         Training Programs run in minimum one week ( 6 working  days ) and attendees will have attendance  certificates .

-         Training Programs & seminars will be agreed and contracted to be held in enterprises training sites or CMD ones .

-         Training Programs are delivered by qualified specialists experts whom are due to periodical performance evaluation  & developing .

-         Training Programs attendance is obligatory and trainees are obliged to attend them  within programs  schedules 

-         Training Programs are agreeable to be modified during the courses upon  the trainees'  headquarters requests .         

-         Trainees will be aware to the latest & modern training material methods needed such as the audiovisual equipment
